When my friend Shannon – a model – asked me to be her photographer for her wedding, I knew it would be fantastic.  This past weekend’s engagement session gave me just a glimpse of what to expect at their wedding.  I freaking loved what I saw.

As a photographer, I love it when my couples are up for just about anything.  When I asked them if they were ok with getting muddy, I got the thumbs up!  When I asked them to walk through a creek while fighting off the armies of mosquitoes, they did not hesitate.

Their struggles did not go unrewarded…
