My wife and I took a little vacation over Christmas to see my brother and his wife is Estes Park, Colorado. If you’ve never been, a visit to “The Gateway to the Rockies” is well worth the trip.
We stopped off in Fort Collins, Boulder, and Loveland just to get a feel for the areas. None of them disappointed.
For many of our hikes, the temps were in the mid 30’s with wind gusts in the 70-80 mph range. So yeah, it was pretty cold. Glad we had those awesome hats to keep us warm.
Here is a nice sampling of our trip.
